Joey Gan, a seasoned communications strategist with over 20 years of experience in delivering purposeful solutions for leading brands across diverse sectors is appointed as Regional Vice President for Integrated Marketing Communications in addition to her role as Country Lead,Malaysia. 

Joey’s expertise in crafting compelling narratives and building strong relationships with key stakeholders will be instrumental in expanding PRecious’ reach and delivering exceptional client outcomes within the region beyond pure-play public relations remits. 

Prior to joining PRecious, Joey held leadership positions at renowned agencies such as RAPR Mileage Communications and Ogilvy Malaysia, where she successfully guided diverse clients across various sectors, including technology, automotive, healthcare, and 

lifestyle. Her expertise in strategic communications and proven track record of success have been instrumental in driving PRecious’ growth in the Malaysian market.

Paolo Alba, one of the youngest and well-respected industry leaders in the Philippines, also takes on the role of Regional Vice President on top of his duty as Country Lead,Philippines. Paolo will leverage his deep understanding of the Philippines and Southeast Asia’s evolving business landscapes to establish more opportunities for growth and collaboration across the regional network especially for brands in the wider innovation, fast-growth and startup ecosystem 

Under Paolo’s vision and leadership, PRecious established a strong presence in the Philippines with a 2.5x growth trajectory on its 2nd year anniversary. PRecious was also among the top 5 agencies shortlisted for Campaign’s Agency of the Year Awards. 

Before joining PRecious, Paolo held leadership roles at Fleishman-Hillard and Ogilvy Manila, where he was recognized for driving award-winning campaigns that impacted businesses in healthcare and financial services. 

A trusted strategic advisor, Paolo brings 14+ years of experience with a proven track record of helping local – global leaders strengthen their brand and reputation amidst challenging business environments. In addition, Anuroopa Pereira has been promoted to Regional Senior Director to lead PRecious’ Edge teams’ technology brands. Anu is a seasoned communications specialist with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with key technology influencers and media. Anuroopa’s expertise in navigating the complexities of the evolving technology landscape will be invaluable in delivering impactful communications strategies for PRecious’ clients in this critical sector.
