We are especially stoked that the awards recognise the capabilities of PRecious Communications across startups and established enterprises as well as across teams and individuals. To achieve this, we believe in providing our employees with the tools, time and incentives necessary to cultivate a growth mindset. We have engaged external trainers like Bernadette Chua, Founder and Principal Consultant for Dream Catalyst to mentor teams and individuals to strengthen our existing business culture. This ensures that everyone at PRecious thinks “outside-the-box,” welcome change and measurably grow their leadership skills.
