The Importance of Focusing on Growth Mindset
A rising tide lifts all boats. While creating award-winning campaigns are great, we pride ourselves to deliver campaigns that meet our client’s objectives, and some of them end up winning awards. We have engaged external trainers like Bernadette Chua, Founder and Principal Consultant for Dream Catalyst to mentor teams and individuals to strengthen our existing business culture. This ensures that everyone at PRecious thinks “outside-the-box,” welcome change and measurably grow their leadership skills.
