Lars Voedisch, Founder and Managing Director, PRecious Communications along with Joyce Hutapea, Senior Manager for PRecious Communications Indonesia, discussed best practices for both new and experienced businesses to create a leading brand, irrespective of external factors.
Lars and Joyce discussed how startup goes through three stages of development – formation, validation and maturity. Communicating effectively during each of these phases is instrumental to the success of the business.
