PRecious Communications is thrilled to win several awards in the 16th Annual International Business Awards. The agency won the “Gold Stevie Awards” for “Public Relations Agency of the Year” in Asia, Australia and New Zealand for the second time in a row having won the same award last year at the 15th Stevie Awards.
A record total of more than 4,000 nominations from organisations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories. Stevie Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 250 executives worldwide who participated in the judging process from May through early August.
While recognising PRecious Communications as the best “Public Relations Agency of the Year in Asia, Australia and New Zealand,” the judges were impressed with the creative campaigns that produced results and PRecious Communications’ strength in media relations and integrated PR. “Incredibly strong growth and innovative approaches fostering great word of mouth recommendations. Very impressive results over a short time,” commented one of the judges.
The #MunichTreasureHunt was recognised as the best Communications and PR Campaign of the Year and won the Gold Stevie Award for consumer marketing. The same campaign also won the Silver Stevie Award for Social Media Focused Communications or PR Campaign of the Year and the Bronze Stevie Award for Communications or PR Campaign of the Year for New Product or Service Launch and Communications or PR Campaign of the Year for Travel & Tourism.
The judges highlighted the excellent online and offline engagement and outstanding results in terms of revenue. “The PRecious Communications team did an excellent job in the delivery for the outreach of the Munich Treasure Hunt. It was well planned, strategically delivered to help with the airlines rebranding and the awareness of the route,” noted one of the judges.
Lars Voedisch, Managing Director & Principal Consultant, PRecious Communications was recognised as the “Executive of the Year – Advertising, Marketing & Public Relations” with a Silver Stevie Award, and Prayaank Gupta, Head of Growth & Innovation at PRecious Communications was recognised as the “Communications Professional of the Year” with a Bronze Stevie Award.

The International Business Awards are the world’s premier business awards program. The 2019 IBAs received entries from organisations in 74 nations and territories. Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word for “crowned,” the awards will be presented to winners at a gala awards banquet at the ANDAZ Hotel am Belvedere, Vienna, Austria on 19 October.

BASF Indonesia, produsen produk kimia terbesar di dunia, menunjuk PRecious untuk mengatur strategi komunikasi di acara “We Create Chemistry” dalam rangka merayakan ulang tahun ke-40 perusahaan mereka di Negara ini. Pada acara ini, BSAF bermaksud mengumumkan inovasi-inovasi baru di bidang produksi kimia. Dengan menyelenggarakan dan melaksanakan diskusi media roundtables dengan Presiden Direktur BASF, PRecious membantu menempatkan BASF di media utama Indonesia, termasuk CNN Indonesia. Langkah ini secara efektif memposisikan mereka sebagai pakar utama di industri mereka.

PRecious worked with ONE Championship, the world’s largest martial arts organisation, to generate hype and interest around an event that took place in Indonesia. To achieve this, PRecious successfully created excitement in the region through the creation of a “buzz video”, featuring Indonesian influencers such as Stefer Rahardian, Ramdani Lestaluhu and Hesti Purwadinata. The video was circulated on the influencers’ Facebook and Instagram.
PRecious helped PT Campina Ice Cream Industry launch LuVe, a low calorie, vegan ice cream made using soy milk, in Yogyakarta. PRecious employed a combination of traditional public relations and influencer engagement to spread awareness of the new offering from Campina. The campaign received attention in local media, national media and on Instagram.
BASF Indonesia, the largest chemical producer in the world, appointed PRecious to drive communications around the “We Create Chemistry” event to celebrate their 40th anniversary in the country. At the event, BSAF intended to announce new innovations in chemical production. By organising and executing media roundtables with BASF’s President Director, PRecious helped place BASF in key Indonesian media, including CNN Indonesia. This effectively positioned them as thought leaders in their industry.
Mimpi is a company that aims to offer luxurious and affordable mattresses to everyone in Indonesia. PRecious helped Mimpi to create awareness for the brand and the technology that they use through localised influencer engagements, resulting coverage in various media outlets. In addition to these engagements, a press launch was also organised to support Mimpi’s goal in Indonesia. As a result, the brand received increased awareness, a better understanding of the technology behind the mattresses and higher engagement, in terms of likes and followers, on social media.
